Soltana Nur

I love it when
everything blends together.

I am the kind of woman who can talk business strategy in the morning, dance in the afternoon, hunt down the best pastry in Paris at 6 p.m. and end the evening around a dinner where we eat with our hands.

I love projects that start from almost nothing and become something big.I love selling.I love creating.I love negotiating.I love people.I love understanding what makes them come alive.

01 — The commercial director

I built.
Sold. Negotiated.
Grew.

For several years, I have developed businesses, partnerships, teams and projects with one simple obsession: turning a good idea into a reality that works.

I joined an organization when it was still very small. I built and developed its entire commercial and partnership operation: strategy, outreach, negotiation, key accounts, national growth, structure and team.

For six years, I helped build an operation capable of sustaining and growing independently.

It also grew in visibility, eventually being selected by The Economist ↗ among the French initiatives highlighted for their work on ESG issues. I had the opportunity to be interviewed as part of this project to discuss this experience and model.

An idea's value is not enough.
Defend it.Sell it.Make it desirable.Build trust.Claim your place.Negotiate.Dare to ask.Start again.

02 — But I am more than that

I am also
the woman who dances.

I have always needed to move. Dance (Oriental, Heels, Cabaret). Movement. Yoga. Body. Music.

I love the feeling of not thinking for a few seconds and simply being there. In my body. In the music. In the moment.

Sometimes you can try to understand something for three hours… Then a movement, a piece of music, a look, a sensation—and something unlocks.

03 — The curious woman

I need things to move,
to feel alive,
to excite me.

Learn.Test.Créer.Meet.Explore.Understand.

I am hyperactive in the way I live. And I believe that energy is also part of what I pass on.

I am not here to teach you to slow down your whole life. I am here to help you find your own rhythm.

04 — The things that truly feel good

I am deeply
sensory.

Great conversations.Travel.Music.Good pastries.Tables where we linger too long.Eating with our hands.Laughing until our stomachs hurt.Dancing for no reason.Discovering a new place.A scent. A texture. A song. A dish. A body. A person. An idea.

I believe life deserves to be lived with all five senses.

My music

A woman who talks this much about movement
must have a soundtrack.

05 — Between business and body

I no longer want
to choose.

The commercial director on one side. The dancer on the other. The ambitious woman here. The sensual woman there. Strategy in my head. The body somewhere else.

Today, I know it all comes together.

Posture.Confidence.Presence.Desire.The ability to claim your place.
Whether you are facing a client, leading a team, in a negotiation, in your relationship, before a mirror or alone in your body… you are always in relationship with the same person: toi.

Stop cutting yourself
into pieces.

Ambitious ET sensual.Leader ET playful.Independent ET in love.Powerful ET vulnerable.Serious ET unreasonable sometimes.

Wanting money, desire, love, freedom, pleasure, success and a life that feels like our own.

08 — And if you really want to know who I am…

Ask me for my playlist.
Talk to me about dance.
Take me out to eat.
Give me a wild idea.

Or simply come and tell me what you dream of doing but do not yet dare to.

That is probably where we will make the best start.Let's talk
